We want you to love your Pine Hill Trailers apparel, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to track its journey back to us.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
